i like the finish on this mag. it cycled fine. last round was a challenge to get loaded. hopefully it just needs some break in time.

    1911 10RD Magazine

I agree with a previous review this magazine looks and feels like a better quality than the one shipped with my 1911 Stingray. Put over 100 rounds through, not one misfire. I highly recommend!

Appears to be of a better quality than the ones that came with the 1911 9mm. However I believe the two original mags are truly functional and have a aesthetic vibe there.

    1911 9mm 10 round mags

All of the mags I purchased feed FMJ bullet with no problem. Only problem feeding first 2 round of RN cast bullets from a local caster. So I will use FMJ bullets. Like the mags a lot.

    Good mags

Posted by William Harkins jr on 15th Aug 2023

I already wrote a review but I just read several others that said the mags are hard to load. I just wanted to let those who don't know that new mags of every manufacturer of basically all firearms are hard to load the mags when new because they are stif and need a break in period. It's 100% normal and should be expected. Once you use the mag a dozen times or so it will become much easier to fully load and to rack the slide on a fully loaded mag. Again it's 100% normal and should be expected, it's not a problem with the mag ir firearm. Just needs a break In period
