I got these for my 1911 Service, perfect fit! Look Beautiful on my Service pistol, I wish I could post a image. You can go out and pay $70 for Walnut Grips that simply wouldn't be better than these.
I got these because the 1911A1 from Tisas came with some "U.S" marked grips and I wanted a more authentic look. These look great, feel good in the hand and were super easy to swap. Unfortunately they're not plastic like real 1911A1 grips of the time but they look the part so I'm very happy with them.

Really nice piece of wood and very high quality checkering
They're pretty good grips just dont expect the fancy wood grain like they show in the picture. Youd be lucky if thats how yours showed up. But they work great other than that
Everything exactly as described. Fit perfect, easy to change out, and looks amazing on my 1911 service
Perfect grips to give the Service 1911 a classic look and feel. Just the right amount of checkering to give the it a great feel.
Nicely made but extremely dark stain takes away from the potentially attractive appearance of the walnut.
The fit was perfect but the grips are plain dark brown with no grain showing at all.
